After you submit an inquiry, you'll receive a phone call from one of our owners to discuss your specific move details, and address any questions you have, ensuring the most accurate quote possible. We will send your official booking invoice via text/email. 

If you decide to book with us for a stress-free and easy packing experience, your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the invoice.

The day before your delivery, we'll check in to ensure everything is in order and answer any final questions you may have, as well as confirm your delivery window that works within YOUR schedule.

On delivery day, the sanitized boxes will arrive promptly, in the agreed-upon time window. You pack them at your convenience, move them, and unpack with confidence, knowing that our product will meet your expectations.

The day before the scheduled collection, we'll contact you to confirm that you're prepared for pick-up, or extend your service if you need additional time.

Molded grip handles facilitate effortless transportation, while raised lip edges secure the totes when stacked. With an ample volume, our totes accommodate all your essential items, and a zip-tie will guarantee closure throughout whatever your move entails.

We prioritize cleanliness and sanitation by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing our crates after each use, striving for 100% customer satisfaction.

Pricing is based on a bi-weekly rate.

Do you need fewer or more totes or dollies, or a long term rental? No problem! Request a custom quote and we’ll take care of you!

Yes, we offer additional supplies like bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and wheeled crates/dollies. You may request these additional items in your quote.

For a secure transaction during both delivery and pickup of the crates, we require someone aged 18 or older to sign for these services. If no one is available, an extra fee will apply for rescheduling.

Please note that due to safety regulations, our team is unable to transport totes up any flights of stairs.

Green Tote Rental, LLC currently serves Benton and Washington counties in Northwest Arkansas.

For moves outside our service area, additional fees may be applicable, and we are happy to provide a customized quote!
